How many resistance modes does the machine have?

The machine offers 6 resistance modes:

  1. Intelligent Mode
    Resistance is constant during the concentric phase, increases during the eccentric phase, and gradually returns to the set value.
  2. Eccentric Mode
    Constant resistance during the concentric phase, with resistance steadily increasing during the eccentric phase.
  3. Chain Mode
    Resistance increases as the cable is pulled out, offering progressive resistance based on the cable length.
  4. Burnout Mode
    Resistance decreases step-by-step after detecting fatigue, helping the user push through to complete the set.
  5. Assistance Mode
    Resistance reduces when the user struggles, assisting in completing the movement, and returns to normal after the next rep.
  6. Const Mode
    Speed remains constant regardless of the user's force, ideal for maintaining consistent motion.

Does the product require an internet connection?

Yes, the product needs an internet connection to save workout data and access online courses. However, users can also choose the offline mode for basic training without the need for an internet connection.

Does the machine display real-time fitness data and history records?

Yes, the machine displays real-time workout progress and completion status. Users can register an account and log in on the machine. Fitness data will be saved to the user's account, and users can view their historical fitness data and records through their mobile phone App.

Can the machine be updated, and how is the update done?

Yes, the machine can be updated. Whenever a new version is released, the machine will prompt for an update. Simply click "Update Now" to begin the process. Users can also choose to manually check for updates by selecting "Check for Version."

Can users customize their own workout programs?

Yes, users can create their own customized workout programs through the "Custom" page, allowing them to design routines that fit their preferences and needs.
